Claudette Eugenie Cook
(1950 - 2010)

Claudette Eugenie Cook went to be with the Lord on December 31^st, 2010. Claudette had been a faithful and devoted member of National Wesleyan Church for the past 30 years. She fulfilled many roles over the years from Sunday School Teacher to a member of the Outreach Ministry, Prayer Ministry, Drama Ministry, Sanctuary Choir and most notable as the Bible Bowl Team Director. She loved and served the Lord in any capacity with all her mind, heart, soul and strength. She loved her church as her own. We can preserve her memory by supporting the "Claudette Cook Memorial Fund".

National Wesleyan Church has established a policy and procedure for acceptance of monetary, non monetary and In-kind donation from private citizens, business groups or other organizations.

Monetary donation - includes cash, check, money order or other negotiable instrument.

Non-Monetary donation - includes real or personal property.

In-Kind donation - service or labor supplied for an identified project or program.

Any donor who wishes to make a contribution to Claudette Cook Memorial Fund is welcome.

Checks and money orders are made payable to National Wesleyan Church and Claudette Cook Memorial Fund mentioned in the memo section "CCMF" A donation receipt will be issued to the donor at the end of the year.

Checks and money orders with the name of individual/family in the memo section will not be accepted for this fund. If this is done, the check will be returned to the donor or make arrangement to transfer the donation amount to the individual without providing a donation receipt to the donor at the end of the year.

All monetary donations will be deposited in the general National Wesleyan Church account and will be recorded separately under "CCMF" donation.
