Let them praise His name with dancing...Psalm 149:3.

The NWC Dance Ministry officially started on Sunday, August 3rd, 2008 with 6 young ladies and by the next practice we had 11 young ladies. God is just awesome. The ministry continues to grow and we recently had five new young ladies show up excited to join.

We now meet every Thursday at 6:45 pm in the lower level of the annex. Our Instructor/Choreographer is Sister Deidre Kendall. This wonderful, committed young lady is a God-send and I appreciate her greatly for her willingness to come and serve God in this ministry, and guide these young ladies in praising God in dance and help encourage them to have a better relationship with our Lord and Savior.

Each rehearsal begins with prayer and bible devotion. We have also been busy; our debut was International Day, September 13, 2008 at which we ministered in dance to with the song "My Life, My Love, My All" by Kirk Franklin. We also ministered at Friend's Day, Pastor's Appreciation Day, the anniversary celebration for Echoes of Pan in Praise, our Christmas Banquet and our Black History Program.
